GDPR information clause

In connection with the conclusion and implementation of contracts (co-workers, service providers, contractors, persons representing the parties)

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I hereby inform that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Visimind Ltd sp z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn, Władysława Trylińskiego 10, 10-683 Olsztyn.

  3. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • concluding and performing the agreement, including m.in activities aimed at concluding the agreement and determining the rights and performance of tasks under the agreement
    • related to the establishment, exercise or defence of possible claims,
    • fulfilling legal obligations imposed by law, including tax and accounting regulations, acts on access to public information, public procurement law, regulations on the protection of the environment, human life and health. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  4. The data subject has the right to request from Visimind Ltd sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn access to their personal data, the possibility of rectifying them, limiting their processing and objecting to their processing, and also has the right to transfer them or request their deletion.
  5. The Administrator does not make your personal data available to any recipients, except for cases where such an obligation arises from the provisions of generally applicable law.
  6. The Administrator may entrust another entity, by way of a written agreement, with the processing of your personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and in the scope of the implementation of the law, it is mandatory.
  8. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  9. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, the period required by law, as well as for the period during which the parties may pursue the performance of the agreement as part of mutual claims.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
