Use Case – survey of the road corridor in 40m buffer
Goal was to acquire and elaborate the data of the 40m wide buffer of the county roads.
Integration
System was consisted of:
- Velodyne Ultra Puck
- three 15 megapixel cameras
- GPS and IMU units
- custom car mount
Ultra Puck provided the best cost efficency and provided very dense and accurate pointcloud. In total over 740 km of the county roads were surveyed.
